As I read more and more information about the damned Sony fiasco, I feel I need to do an update.

I said in this post not to agree to the EULA if prompted by a Sony CD. That is entirely false. Turns out that all you have to do is put the CD in. By the time the EULA comes up, the nasty stuff is already installed.

But, don’t fret. Just take the disc back to the retailer where you purchased it and they should hook you up with a refund since all of those disc have been recalled by Sony.
