The Auld Lang Syne Edition

Working up the annual holiday music CD. Been doing it for a few years now and it’s always really popular. Last year I even did a version for the show that I think most of you heard.

This years is shaping up nicely, a bit on the rockin’ (50′s style) side with some classics mixed in.

One song I always like to include as the final track is Auld Lang Syne. I already have a few versions, but I thought it was time for something new. I’m partial to this version myself, but I do like to mix it up.

At this point, if any of you are looking for a comical way to spend about 1/2 hour, do a search for Auld Lang Syne in the iTunes music store. If you are looking for that song done is just about ANY genre, it’s here.

  • Jazz
  • Rock
  • Salsa
  • Reggae
  • punk
  • Dance
  • Remixed
  • Downtempo
  • Country
  • Sung by a bunch of drunk Scotsmen
  • Done with bag pipes
  • blues
  • Accapella
  • Heavy Metal
  • hill billy banjo
  • kids
  • And, finally
  • Cats

I included a link to the last one only because it is hi-larry-ous! Made me shoot noodles out of my nose funny. No kiddin’.

A good way to kill some time. Oh yea, don’t fret, y’all will get the holiday CD this year. Damn the RIAA.
