My cost centers

Please note:

If I am doing work for you, this will be important information to have. I am not 1 cost center. That is to say I have different billing rates depending on the work being done, and the hours are split out.

The cost centers are as follows:

1. Web stuff – Including setup, maintenance and updates. Oh yea, email management falls into this category too.
2. IT Stuff – Including setup, installation and configuration. This is on-site work for your network or PC’s.
3. Podcast stuff – That stuff I keep separate so I make sure the money is going where it is supposed to go.

If I’m doing anything for you that is IT related and Web related, you will get separate bills with different rates. Please don’t think otherwise.
