Helpful people

Had some running around to do today. No, I can’t tell you I was out and about getting my passport, so don’t ask.

A trip to the county clerks office was easy and my first stop of the day. Everyone there was very nice and extremely helpful. Even after I left and came back, the lobby was full of people and all of the employees were still nice and smiling!

2nd stop of the day was to the post office in one of the longest lines I have ever waited in. All of the high school kids must be having Mexico trips this summer or something. Only 1 clerk to process everything too, but she was a trooper. When my turn finally came, she chatted and joked with me like I was her first customer of the day. Yes, this was at the post office.

Final ‘waiting’ stop of the day was at one of my local Starbucks. Someone called in sick so the store was a bit of a mess and the girls behind the counter were a little harried. Still, every customer was greeted with a smile and thanked on their way out the door. And, yes, I did leave a tip.

Just kinda nice was it happens all day.

    Seriously, he can’t.

However, since he’s incapable — I’m just going to spill the beans.

db had to get a passport in order to visit his new girl that he wished to ‘mac’ on.

DB, you don’t have to get a passport to meet your mail order bride from Guam. Guam is a United States protectorate dogg. That is a silly thing to think, that you need a passport.
