Win-Win + Bonus   

So tonight was my second outing to the gym. I figured after going once and not dying, it was worth while to give it another go. Why? I’m tired of being tired. And my pants not fitting. And some of my shirts. Anyway.

So, tonight was night 2 for the gym. Here is where the win-win comes in.

First, I’m exercising. All good by anyone’s account. Second is the drive home. By spending 1 hour in the gym I reduce my evening drive time by half or more! What is usually a 2-3 hour drive was accomplished in 45 minutes! Yea, go me!

The bonus? Well, for that you’ll have to wait until after the jump! Weeeeeeeeeeee!

Most of you know already that usually I’m all about people watching. It gives me pleasure to see how f’ed up people act in public sometimes. Well, tonight was no disappointment!

I’m on my treadmill cruising along, Tool blasting through my brain when she walked in. Matching sweat suit (like it came on the same hanger) and bitchy scowl. I watched as she walked back to the third row where the only available treadmill was. She shot her scowl down the row, showing displeasure in the lack of pretty people I’m sure. Then, before she starts she turns around and starts fixing her hair! OMG!!!11!! ROTFLOL!!1!! Not only did she fix her hair (complete with multiple flips), but she spent 5 minutes on it! 20 minutes later she was sweating up a storm and her hair was flat which is made it that much more fantastic-er.

Then, as I’m leaving, there is a woman on the one of the elipse machines talking on her cell phone!. Unbelieveable I say, just unbe-fucking-lieveable.

    my two gym favorites:

    1- the girl that puts on makeup before going to the gym… 2- the guy who, after doing ‘an intense set,’ proceeds to walk around for 5 minutes while holding his pecs with ‘breast-cupping’ grip.

    congrats on the new excercise routine.
