There they practice IPoD (IP over Donkey). It's a slow process, but high bandwidth because you can fit a lot of burnt DVDs on the back of a donkey. Every month he and his donkey will have to travel by ferry to the nearest internet connection, in Magadan, download the internet and burn it onto 274 Blu-Ray discs, travel back and copy the discs onto a local server.
