Moving update
The move has been postponed. Until the end of Summer actually, probably closer to mid September.
While it would please me to no end to lay down the rant to beat all rants as to why my move has been postponed, I won’t. Instead I’ll just say that the ‘rents were asked to stick around until the end of the summer and thought it would be a good idea to pad the bank accounts a little bit more.

The Lad turns 16 on Wednesday. Yes, 16. I know, I can’t believe it either. I really need to get him going on his Drivers License stuff, but I’m afraid I won’t be able afford the insurance once that happens. Insurance guy gets called after AMVIV…
Which is coming up very quickly and I can’t wait! I think I have a little bit of work at the resort the day before, then 4 glorious days of hanging out with my mates, checking out MINIs and not worrying about other things in general. Is it possible to stay drunk for 4 days?
Finally, the plague that all of you have had at one point this winter I think might have finally caught up with me. I’ll be powering down the vitamin C for the next week so it doesn’t get out of control, but I already have a sore throat, so the damage might already be done.

Does your job include free car washes?

They do let me wash my car once per week for free. Why do you think it still looks as nice as it does?
