I know, I know Fox show's can't be good...</p> <p>But I've seen Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares on BBCAmerica and that is a terrific show. Fox's version isn't quite as good overall (granted we're just 2 episodes in), however I think last night's episode was excellent. A little on the nasty side, but overall an excellent show.</p> <p>The series premier is on iTunes for free...
