Now this was really weird.
I get the MINI into the shop yesterday for maintenance and repairs. They ask:
Can we keep it overnight?
I say:
No you can not
That takes care of that, but I have to wait close to 2 hours for a shuttle ride to the office. Weird.
I get a call at the end of the day saying that they have to keep it overnight. I was none to pleased. They at least set me up with a rental car, but sent me to the wrong office for that. I got there and found that my DL is expired (oops). Crap, now I’m stuck in OC with no way home. I managed home and back, but that’s another post.
Also yesterday a terminal at a car wash had an LCD backlight burnout. When that happens, you can’t see the screen and it is rendered useless. A call to support fixes that, or so I think…
9:00 AM this morning, still no support to fix the terminal. I call to follow up and it turns out the call was entered into the support tracking system incorrectly.
What is something I said? Something I did or did not do? sheesh
